Claims Advocate - Employee Benefits Primary
Responsibilities:
Claims Advocates serve as the dedicated point of contact for claims and claim-related matters for members of the group benefit programs that Capstone administers.
Regular responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Claims and billing resolution for all benefit lines of coverage:
Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, etc.
Acting as a liaison between the insurance companies and the members we represent for all claims-related matters Assisting members with billing inquiries and issues Diligent follow up on open claim matters, from initial intake to resolution Position Requirements & Attributes:
Understanding of benefits-related coverage lines, including:
Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Prior experience handling and managing claims for the above lines of coverage Dedication to customer satisfaction and providing the highest-level of customer service Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work within an activity-based operating system, diligent notes and follow ups Strong communications skills, both written and verbal The ability to work independently and with a team The ability to forge strong relationship with clients, members, colleagues, and carrier representatives Strong time management and task prioritization skills We're committed to your health and happiness:
