CertaPro Painters is looking for a lead painter to join our growing team! We are looking for someone with experience in the painting field and takes pride in what they do.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and has 5
years of experience in the painting field.
Responsibilities:
Read the work order and provide an exceptional customer experience Positively promote CertaPro Painters by ensuring jobs are ran smoothly.
Ensure the site is clean each day and the customer is updated on the status of their project daily.
Will do walk throughs with the customer and attend to any touchups.
Attend weekly handoff meetings and safety meetings.
Complete the job in the allowed hours as estimated for.
Qualifications and requirements:
Excellent communication skills Able to problem solve and work independently Detail orientated Drivers license (background and drug tests will be administered) Job Type:
