This position involves 50/50 split between participating as a companion as well as helping with phone calls and transportation to medical appointments (approx 1/week).

Responsibilities:
2 evenings per week spend time with client doing activities she enjoys; this will include transporting her to events like volunteering at the local animal shelter Make phone calls to help with various tasks such as scheduling medical appointments or coordinating with other support group resources Transport client to medical appointments (approx 1 appointment per week) Estimated Weekly Hours:
