The Horsham Clinic is a 206-bed, private behavioral healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus in Montgomery County.
We are minutes from Philadelphia and serve patients and families from Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The Horsham Clinic provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
In addition to our main campus in Ambler, we have two satellite partial hospitalization programs in Chester County and Delaware County.
Our program diversity reflects the needs of the community and the expertise of our board-certified Medical Directors that offer a combined 40-year of tenured experience at Horsham Clinic.
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room area, assumes dishwashing and pot responsibilities, receives incoming deliveries, maintains stock in the storage and dining room areas and delivers patient meal trays to the units.
Responsibilities and Duties High School Diploma or equivalent required Prefer food service experience preferably in a hospital, health care or hospitality setting Prefer knowledge of basic math, equipment usage, cleaning products, safety and infection control practices.
Exposure to equipment and cleaning products and fluids.
Exposure to extreme weather conditions while driving the van and delivering food to patients.
Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/ aggressive behavior.
General hospital environment.
Valid Driver's License Highly Developed written and verbal communication skills Heavy physical work load.
Push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
Requires standing, walking, bending, pulling, pushing, kneeling and stooping throughout the shift.
Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.
