You're a self-starter and an independent learner who is detail oriented.
You anticipate needs, take action and create efficiencies.
You're organized and know the art of building relationships with teammates, clients and vendors.
This role performs a range of duties, but not limited to, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
Using your impeccable communication skills and strong work ethic, you will apply critical thinking skills, work independently and be responsible for assessing applications, handling documentation, collecting information, entering data, and providing customer service.

Cultivate strong relationships with - and serve as a support person for our account executives and associates.
Respond to clients, insurance carriers, sales team, and supervisors' correspondences and requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
Research and present answers to client questions about their pending enrollments and coverage.
Receive information from clients to add, verify, and edit electronic data Process and submit requests from clients while working in various portals to complete such tasks as enrolling, terminating, and changing coverage for employees Report to the office 1-2 times/week and work remotely the remainder of the time Work between 20 and 30 hours/week What you'll bring to our team:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills and aptitude for learning new technology Proficient use of applicable technology, including Microsoft Office suite of products and Outlook Email Positive attitude and good deductive reasoning skills Highly-organized and strong time management skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines Works with integrity and a high-level of confidentiality Independent problem solving and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high quality, accurate work When you join us, you can expect:
