Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located at our facility in Ambler, PA.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
Daily tasks may include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic patient care.
Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and their families Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs of patients and the healthcare facility Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software is preferred but not required Experience in geriatric or long-term care is a plus Graduate of an accredited LPN program Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Electronic Medical Record Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Medication Administration Apply to this job.
