Are you a people person with a knack for organization? We're on the lookout for a friendly and customer service-oriented Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our firm.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Answer phones promptly and assist callers with professionalism and courtesy Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses Schedule appointments and meetings with efficiency and attention to detail Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is inviting Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an accounting firm Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A friendly and professional demeanor Job Types:
