Content Manager - Freelance

Job Description

The Content Manager is responsible for maintaining branding/messaging alignment and consistency for all client marketing and communications materials.

The Content Manager will work closely with the account, project, and creative teams to create, manage and oversee the development of new content for materials suchas:direct mail, video, advertising, websites, online marketing, and presentations. In addition, the Content Manager will be responsible for writing, reviewing, editing, and proofreading content to help ensure a high level of quality and continuity of the concept through the creative process. The Content Manager must be able to manage multiple projects, manage the content process, have a clear understanding of the creative brief, and actively problem-solve. He/she maintains the agency s standards of creative excellence,timeliness, andprofitability while achieving the clients goals. This is a hands-on creative position.

  • Oversees content for consistency and alignment to client messaging
  • Ensures quality of finished projects by reviewing, editing, and proofreading content
  • Efficiently organizes claims and creates brand style guidelines
  • Accurately formats documents for copy approval and makes revisions as necessary
  • Attends team and client meetings as necessary to facilitate the successful completion of projects


  • Can efficiently organize claims and creates/maintains brand style guidelines
  • Proven track record of working efficiently across numerous brands
  • Has the ability to works on projects with minimal direction; learns from, and responds to, team creative feedback
  • Has experience supporting departments on efficient execution techniques, best practices, and organizational examples (training experience in this area a definite plus)
  • Is results-oriented; uses time effectively and efficiently
  • Has demonstrated responsiveness and sense of urgency to requests; efficiently delivers timely and quality work
  • Has managed med-legal submission process for brands
  • Has experience attending PRC calls/meetings

Additional Information

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Has managed promotional item submissions into medical/legal/regulatory review and approval processes for major pharmaceutical companies
  • Has 5-10 years experience working in pharmaceutical industry
  • Submission Platform Experience Required:-eMap
  • Submission Platform Experience Optional:-Veeva Vault-Zinc-iMedical

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
