Associate Implementation Manager

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of hands on project management experience or a strong background in the role of Lead Analyst, Lead QA, Senior Customer Support or Scrum Master with 2 to 3 years in a software development ecosystem
Knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Software Development Lifecycles including Agile and Waterfall. Direct experience as part of an Agile SCRUM or Kanban team a huge plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally
Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
Understanding of common web technologies, SaaS platforms, CMS, and services and a basic understanding of HTML, XML, API, JavaScript and CSS
Experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources technology a real plus

Position Summary
We're looking for an Associate Implementation Manager (AIM) to join our team and work with our phenomenal clients. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting, and occasionally leading, end-to-end management of all client facing activities and function as liaison to our technical team for configuration and testing.

Responsibilities:
Implementation Management: Assist or Lead a set of Customer projects with end-to-end project management responsibilities including ? planning, scope, requirements, schedule, communication, risk, and budget
Customer Management: be the single point of contact, or assist a senior manager representing Phenom People from project kick-off through "Go Live" deployment.
Requirements Management: work with customers in gathering and documenting out-of-the-box feature configuration requirements and communicate the same with our software development team.
Assist in gathering requirements for product enhancements and communications of the same to your team and clients
Develop and communicate project performance to all stakeholders (internal and external)
Ensure actions and key deliverables are met and are kept within the defined scope
Other duties as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
