Sales Development Manager

Proven success managing and coaching a 5+ person sales team
Experience managing team leads in addition to individual contributors
Prior experience selling a SaaS product
Experience in a fast-growth environment
Proficiency with Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator and/or Excel
An understanding of / experience with sales acceleration tools
A track record hitting and exceeding quota as a sales rep, a plus
Job Responsibilities
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the first point of contact prospective customers have with our Sales team and are vital contributors to Phenom People's overall growth. We are evolving as a company, and we're now searching for an SDR lead to lead a best-in-class SDR team.
You'll report into our Director of Sales Development and will be responsible for overseeing the success of your assigned SDR team. You'll be the engine behind the sales culture we create, and you'll have a team of Sr. SDR and Team Leads to support your day-to-day management responsibilities. We're looking for not only a coach to deliver constructive, real-time feedback to help our reps hit and exceed their quotas, but also a data-driven project manager who can ask the right questions to improve processes and manage change initiatives by taking an execution-intensive approach.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
