Director, Partner Business Development

Director, Partner Business Development We're looking for a business development lead to join our team and work with our phenomenal client partners along with our sales, implementation, and customer support teams to ensure a phenomenal client experience. In this position, you'll identify, develop and maintain trusted relationships and build new business models with our clients to drive adoption of our platform. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a partner development plan on how you will achieve your goals and objectives Engage recruitment marketing agencies, or Service integrators or product partnership companies and build relationships with primarily Senior leaders, decisions makers, and/or executives. Be a subject matter expert regarding key trends in brand, recruitment marketing and advertising (new, digital, social, search media), global demand for recruitment software, and service implementation and integration partnership models. Work with local and cross-border teams to capitalize on their expertise for solution presentations and proposals Identify and own partnerships in a modern environment. Be disruptive. At periodic intervals, drive and attend events and conferences to promote Phenom People Deliver on administrative responsibilities such as activity and pipeline reporting on a weekly and monthly basis Act as a trusted advisor for partners from prospect through renewal Drive usage and adoption of our platform through account performance planning, regular business reviews, and strategic relationship building Educate client base on new and upcoming products to ensure their awareness and ongoing adoption of the platform Deliver strategic recommendations to drive process improvements and metrics attainment during Quarterly Business Reviews Identify opportunities for product up-sell and partner with sales to convert new opportunities Education Preferred Undergraduate degree (BA/BS), Computer Science, or equivalent experience Work Experience 5-8+ years-experience in Business development of recruitment marketing agencies or Service Integration and Talent Acquisition technology SaaS environments a major plus Track record of customer retention and growth through over the top customer management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
