Great Opportunity for a motivated, driven, self starter to join an established firm leader in the Healthcare staffing industry. Our client has an opening for a Staffing Manager / Recruiter to join their team and provide immediate value to the organization. Seeking a top performer to handle the staffing needs for the local area within a nation wide organization. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the recruitment process and a sales driven mentality. This position offers training, benefits, and room to grow from within!

Hours : M - F 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay : $16 / hr and up to $30/hr with experience

This position is Not a leadership role and has no direct reports.

Responsibilities:

The Staffing Manager will work to recruit candidates and place them on assignments through contracts with local facilities. This is a 100% a production role with quotas, and it is not management of the internal team. The placement of candidates will ultimately drive revenue for the division.

In order to perform as a full desk Staffing Manager, the following must be done:

  • Recruit, staff, service and retain both candidate and clients

  • Make inside sales calls to facilities & do heavy cold calling to candidates for pipeline development

  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates in the area

  • Build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates in the area

  • Run profitable deals, provide exceptional customer service and operate with huge core values.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree preferred but not required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience required. Prior experience in the medical or healthcare field a plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
